By purchasing from GlobeKicks.com, you agree to accept all the points listed below.
Privacy
- GlobeKicks.com never shares customer information with a third party. All order data is securely processed to complete the order and confidentiality is guaranteed.
- GlobeKicks.com does not have access to any customer payment information. All payment information is securely processed by our payment processor and they are prohibited in using your information in any other way but to only charge you for the order.
Shipping and Fees
- GlobeKicks.com only ships to the confirmed billing address of the credit card you are using.
- There is a $15 USD shipping charge for each item.
- All orders are processed before being shipped. Processing time takes 1-2 business days. Once processing is done, items are shipped, it will take 4-6 days thereafter to get the shipped merchandise. In total, it will take 1-2 weeks to get your merchandise.
- Items are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
- All items are shipped either via UPS/EMS(USPS)/TNT Express (at our discretion).
- Customers are responsible for checking their order status by requesting a tracking number.
- Customers must provide a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery.
- Customers are responsible for arranging mail forwarding if they are moving, and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate that they will be at home when the package is due to arrive.
- Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package.
- GlobeKicks.com will not be responsible for returned orders due to customer negligence.
Items and Availability
- All shoes are in U.S. Men's Size, unless otherwise stated.
- All shoes run true to size.
- All shoes are in brand new condition.
- All items are subject to availability. In some instances, items may go out of stock right after an order has been placed.
- Customers may not change style/size after order is processed.
Returns
- There are no returns/exchanges allowed unless the wrong shoe size was received. Ex: Ordered size 10, received size 8 (based on tags).
- Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had minor color differences from the picture, I would rather have a different style.
- GlobeKicks.com must be contacted prior to any returns and a digital picture of the item received must first be provided.
- All returns must be sent within 10 days of receiving it, in unworn condition.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Buyer must pay for their own shipping costs.
Payment
- All prices listed on GlobeKicks.com are in U.S. currency unless otherwise noted.
- GlobeKicks.com only accepts Credit Card or Money Order payments.
- Originating IP addresses of every order is logged. Fraudulent orders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
General
- GlobeKicks.com has no affiliation with Jordan, Nike, or any other brand not mentioned herein.
- All shoes are factory variants. These are shoes that are made in unreleased colors. They are not sold anywhere else and have never been released. All shoes are made with very high quality standards.
- GlobeKicks.com reserves the right to make changes at any time, without notice, to prices, descriptions, images and policies.
