1. How long will it take to receive my order?
On average, it takes 1-2 weeks for you to receive your order. Some items are shipped earlier. Please note that business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, and regulatory holidays.
2. Can I exchange or return my product after receiving it?
All sales are final. There are no returns/exchanges allowed unless the wrong shoe size was received. Ex: Ordered size 10, received size 8 (based on tags).
GlobeKicks.com must be contacted prior to any returns and a digital picture of the item received must first be provided.
All returns must be sent within 5 days of receiving it, in unworn condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and buyer must pay for their own shipping costs.
Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had minor color differences from the picture, shoes do not fit, I would rather have a different style.
3. Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes, we we do accept credit card payments, simply 'Add to Cart' any item and pay with your credit card.
4. Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA)?
Yes, we currently ship to many international locations. Refer to our Shipping section for more information.
5. What does USD stand for?
USD is an abbreviation for United States Dollar. Therefore, all of our prices are in U.S. dollars.
6. Do you carry sizes greater than 12.5, or smaller than 7?
We only carry sizes 7-12.5 in U.S. Mens as listed on our site.
7. Do you accept International Money Orders?
Yes, you may order using an International Money Order. Simply proceed through the checkout process and you will be shown where to send your payment upon completion.
